  12. Perhaps someone can save me some time if they know the solution to this
  13. problem that's popped up.  I was running Qmodem for Windows under
  14. Win4Workgroups with a Ventel 14400 modem and switched over to WinNT and a USR
  15. V34+ modem.  Now everytime I try to do a ZMODEM download my system apparently
  16. sends a Control-X and immediately aborts the download.  It never did this on
  17. the old setup and I suspect the USR needs something changed in the
  18. initialization string.

  20. Can anyone save me an hour or two of debugging this if they know the cause????
